Approach and Methodology

First of all, we would like to make you familiar with our approach and methodology, because these apply for all courses: Short theoretical inputs are alternatingly followed by group work or plenary feedback. The participants work on an own project individually or in groups. Approaches and procedural methods are discussed and evaluated within groups. In between the training days (applies for courses lasting more than one day) the contents are applied in the participants’ own project surrounding and their usefulness is challenged. Experiences and lessons learned will be exchanged on the second day of training.

The training on the topics third party acquisition, project management and organisational management will take place on separate days, but the topics are deliberately connected by the speakers to elaborate relevant cross-linkages.
